Managing your subscription

  • 1. Go to https://shop.inthefolds.com/account/login

    2. Login using the email address you used to sign-up to Curated by In the Folds. If you have not created an account yet, select Create account. Please note: you won’t automatically have an account from signing up to Curated or Mighty Networks so it is likely you will need to create an account.

    3. Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions from right hand side (below Account Details).

    4. Select Subscriptions from top navigation.

    5. Select your subscription by clicking the arrow on the right.

    6. Scroll down to Skip this order at the bottom of the page.

  • You can skip up to 3 months at any one time. Once the 3 months have passed you can skip another 3 months, and so on.

    3. Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions from right hand side (below Account Details).

    4. Select Subscriptions from top navigation.

    5. Select your subscription by clicking the arrow on the right.

    6. Scroll down to Cancel subscriptions at the bottom of the page.

    7. You will be given an option to give us a reason for cancelling your subscription. We are constantly working on developing our offerings and improving how we do things. Your honest feedback would be greatly appreciated! (And don't worry... there will be no hard feelings!)

    Once you have chosen a reason, select Next.

    8. You will be given the option to Swap product or Cancel.

    By swapping product, you can move onto our Supporter tier. This will give you continued access to this group, but you will no longer receive the monthly projects.

    If you would like to cancel completely, select Cancel.

    10. Add any information if you would like add. Select Cancel to finalise.

  • You can unskip a project as long as the first of the relevant month has not passed. Desperate to get your hands on the current month’s project but had skipped it? Not a problem, just login to your account and purchase from our past issues page.

  • 1. Select the past issue you would like to purchase here.

    2. Log in to your In the Folds account using the email address you used to sign up to Curated by In the Folds. If you have not created an account yet, select Create account.

    3. Add your selected past issue to cart and proceed to check-out.

  • 1. Go to shop.inthefolds.com

    2. Select account icon from top navigation (next to the shopping cart).

    4. Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions from right hand side (below Account Details).

    5. Select Billing information from top navigation

    6. You will be sent an email so that you can update your billing information securely. Select Send email to update button.

    7. Check your email. You should have received one from us. If it's not there - check your junk mail folder.

    Select Confirm payment information button.

    8. You will be sent to our online store where you can update your card details using the Change link.

  • You will receive an email with information about how to update your payment details. After your details are updated, our online store will automatically retry the transaction. When the payment is processed successfully you will receive the new project.

  • Please email hello@inthefolds.com with the email address you signed up with and the one you would like to change it to, and we will be happy to update this for you.

ACCESSING THE COMMUNITY PLATFORM

  • Our online sewing community is hosted on the Mighty Networks platform.

  • Nope! It’s totally up to you whether or not you would like to join our online sewing community. You will still receive loads of sewing goodness by receiving our monthly projects. In saying that, our Foldies are constantly raving about how much value they get from our online sewing community, so you’ll definitely be missing out!

  • When you sign-up to Curated by ITF you will receive a link to our Mighty Networks group in the email with your first project.

    Follow the link and create an account, then take a moment to read through the Welcome post.

receiving the monthly projects

  • You will receive your first project a few minutes after you sign up.

    Haven’t received it? Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, send us an email and we’ll be happy to help you out - hello@inthefolds.com.

  • Although we are based in Australia, our subscription service provider is based in the US and processes hundreds of other subscription brands. Because of the time zone difference and processing time, the project may arrive on the 2nd of the month, depending on where you’re based in the world!

    As soon as your monthly charge goes through you will receive your new project.

  • Before the end of each month you will receive an email with the details of the upcoming project. This means you can skip the project if it’s not for you, but it also gives you a bit of time to get your supplies together!

    If you’re part of our online sewing community you will get hints about upcoming issues (as we know you all love the surprise!).

  • Yes! Past issues of Curated by ITF are now available for purchase by current members, in addition to the monthly subscription fee.

    Otherwise, past issues will be made available as standalone products later down the track at a higher price than the original subscription cost.

  • Each month’s project is sent to you via email at the beginning of the month. If you can’t find it, search your inbox for the subject “Your downloads are ready.” You will find links in this email to download the pattern/resources, as well as a link to access the Issue in Mighty Networks.
