Tell us a bit about yourself: I have known how to use a sewing machine since I was about twelve, but sewed my first garment April 30th 2020. Within a few months, I had sworn off ready wear, and sewn about a dozen garments. I hope to keep up this trend!
What In the Folds size do you wear? Size F
What bust cup size do you normally make / wear? C cup
Which pattern did you use? Peppermint Everyday dress and Peppermint Wrap top.
What type of fabric did you make the garment/s from? Linen blend, double gauze
What alterations (if any) did you make to the pattern/s? I hacked the dress a lot, blending it with the Maya top by Marilla Walker to add buttons and make it breastfeeding friendly. No mods to wrap top.
If you made this pattern/s again, would you do anything differently? I would decrease slit length in wrap top.
I'd love to hear about a happy memory from when you made or wore this garment or garments! I've been wearing both garments A LOT since finishing them. They're both super versatile. I look forward to making more In the Folds patterns.
